Submit a minimum of a 1-paragraph response to each question included below. Each question refers to a specific module in the online course. Please ensure that all of the responses are your original work and are not copy and pasted directly from the module or any other outside source. Each response will be read and evaluated by Global Health University staff. The student will receive an evaluation of Honors, Pass, Low Pass, or Fail on their Global Health University Transcript.

. Then, after you have written an answer to each question, you may copy and paste your work from the Word document onto this form.There is no deadline for completion.
Grading Criteria
Honors: Responses are of excellent quality, demonstrating critical analysis and a comprehensive understanding about the course material.
Pass: Responses are of good quality and demonstrates understanding of key concepts, but lacks in-depth analysis of course materials.
Low Pass: Responses are of mediocre quality and demonstrate minimal effort.
Fail: Responses are of poor quality and demonstrate a lack of effort or lack of understanding, and/or responses are plagiarized.
Course Modules
The Complexities and Realities of Global Health
Global Health is a complex and multi-faceted field. Describe four issues that may arise in global health work and briefly explain how these can be overcome.
Refugee Health Online Course
Module 1: What are some of the health issues that refugees face when placed in refugee camps and describe the reasons why they are vulnerable to these health issues. Describe two innovations that have been effective in overcoming healthcare barriers in refugee camps.
Module 2: What are some of the stressors that refugees face every day in camps that can contribute to mental health problems?
Module 3: Please describe the difficulties refugees face in accessing high quality food, water, sanitation and housing. Describe one intervention for each that can improve the quality of or access to food, water, sanitation and housing in a refugee camp.
Module 4: Describe at least three challenges to receiving quality education faced by refugees. How can education improve the quality of life for refugees?
Module 5: When looking for supplemental income, what are the risks that refugees face if they conduct a small business?
Module 6: What are the economic and non-economic benefits to microfinancing and why is it critical for women to be recipients of microfinance loans?
Module 7: Refugee camps can have a major impact on their host communities and their resources. Explain how this can lead to tension between the two groups. How can humanitarian relief organizations foster positive relationships between refugees and their host communities?
Module 8: What long-term challenges do refugees face when they are resettled in a new country?
Module 9: What are potential cultural barriers to accessing healthcare that refugees might experience? What should hospitals do to make refugees more comfortable and willing to seek their healthcare services?
Module 10: What challenges can impede refugees' ability to do well in school?
Module 11: How can health care providers (physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners) better develop their cross-cultural understanding of their patients?
